Free Shipping
Shipping is free for orders over $100 and within the United States only.
The $100 excludes any promotion or coupon discounts, program points
redemption, gift certificates redemption, gift wrapping charges,
shipping charges and taxes.
This promotional offer is not valid for our B2B Partners and their
agents.
Processing Timeframe
Orders are shipped, on average, within 24 to 48 hours from the time the
order is placed to allow for credit card verification and processing. For international orders, processing time may take between 24 to 72 hours.
Orders must be placed by 12 noon Pacific Standard Time Monday through
Thursday for same day processing.
Our shipping carriers DO NOT process orders on the weekends. If you
place an order after 12 noon Pacific Standard Time on Friday, your order
will not be shipped until the following week.

The Specifics
- The rates shown for Domestic Shipping are for delivery
Mondays through Fridays only, excluding holidays.
- For Saturday Delivery, please verify with UPS at www.ups.com
or 1-800-742-5822 if there is Saturday Delivery to your
location. $35.95 + $2.00 per item will be added for Domestic Shipping.
- Shipping costs are no n-refundable for “refused”, “unclaimed”
or “undeliverable” packages unless we made an error.
- If your package is returned to us marked as “refused”,
“unclaimed” or “undeliverable” and you would like to have it
reshipped, we will need to charge the re-shipping fee.
- Signature for delivery will be required.
- Customers will be charged a $10 fee to reroute a package or
for an address correction made by our shipping carrier.

reshipped, we will need to charge the re-shipping fee.
- Customs policies vary from country to country. You are
responsible for contacting your local customs office for further
information. You may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied when a package reaches your country. You are
responsible for payment of all charges required for custom
clearance. Packages may be held and delayed at your local
customs office if duties and taxes are not paid. You are
considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws
and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the
goods.
